Considered one of the best varieties for dried jujube, hardy trees can handle zones 6a to 10b. When given full sun and very high humidity they can grow up to 25 ft tall and produce large crops of fruit. The fruit tastes crisp and tart like an apple once it starts to show color, but gets sweeter as it dries on the branch.
